Acceptance of Terms

Age Restriction and Eligibility

Additional Eligibility Requirements
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to use the tk699 Platform:
- You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, employer, or organisation.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by applicable law, and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Security

One Account Policy

Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Deposits
The minimum deposit at tk699 is ৳500. Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your tk699 wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all balances are maintained in BDT.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your tk699 account pending investigation.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your tk699 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device/IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are always wagered first.
- Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Live casino games and certain slots may have reduced or zero contribution rates.

Bonus Abuse
tk699 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, exploiting technical errors or glitches to accumulate bonus credits, and any form of coordinated play with other players to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, tk699 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such conduct, close the account, and withhold the associated balance pending investigation.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
tk699 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of the broader player community, certain conduct is expressly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, at any time:
- Use any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account data, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner not expressly permitted by tk699.
- Engage in collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on the Platform.
- Attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
- Use the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds derived from any criminal or illegal activity.
- Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after a legitimate transaction has been processed.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with tk699.
- Access or attempt to access any other player's account, or intercept any data transmitted between a player and the Platform.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, data, software, or intellectual property of tk699 without prior written consent.
tk699 monitors Platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform may suspend the account immediately, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and take such further action as is proportionate to the severity of the breach, including permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your tk699 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Your request will be processed within a reasonable period. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳1,000) will be transferred to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Closure or Suspension by tk699
tk699 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
- Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
- Initiation of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute in bad faith.
Where an account is closed by tk699 due to breach of these terms, any balance held in the account (including both real-money and bonus funds) may be forfeited in full. Where closure results from circumstances unrelated to a player breach — such as a Platform decision to cease operating in a particular market — tk699 will make reasonable efforts to return the player's real-money balance via the registered payment method within a reasonable period.
Responsible Gaming
